3. Your access to toysqatar.com may be restricted at times to allow for the repair and maintenance of facilities or new services. We will try to restore the service as soon as possible.   

Returns / Defects / Cancellations / Warranty:

We hope this never happens, and we aim for it never to happen, because all children deserve the excitement of receiving their toys and enjoying them immediately.

All products purchased from Toys Qatar can be returned within 72 hours from the delivery date under the following points:

• If the delivered product does not match the product mentioned on Toys Qatar.
• If the delivered product is damaged or defective.
• If the product is not in its original condition or does not contain all the accessories mentioned or was not delivered in its new or good condition.
• Toys Qatar does not accept returns if the product you wish to return is used, damaged, has been damaged, or its original packaging has been opened. Additionally, Toys Qatar does not accept refunds or returns for items that have been assembled/installed on the customer’s site.
• The full refund process by Toys Qatar takes from 7 to 14 days from the delivery date of the product.
• A fee of QR 25 will be charged for each collection or receipt of returned goods from the customer, and the customer will bear the shipping and delivery fees to and from Toys Qatar warehouses even during the allowed period.
• In the case of a cancellation initiated by Toys Qatar for a full or partial order, and if you have placed the order using online payment such as credit card and debit card, the same amount will be refunded through the same payment method. It is important to note that it may take up to 30 days for the funds to be returned from the date of refund to your payment method depending on the bank used.
• Toys Qatar is not responsible for any bank fees or charges incurred during this refund transaction.
• In the case of a customer cancellation before delivery, and if you have placed the order using online payment such as credit card and debit card, the same amount will be issued in the form of a gift voucher that must be redeemed from Toys Qatar. It is important to note that the voucher validity will be 90 days from the date of issue.
• In the case of returns after delivery of the products, and if you have placed the order using online payment such as credit card and debit card, the returned receipt fee of QR 25 will be charged and the refund request amount will be issued in gift voucher form that must be redeemed from Toys Qatar. It is important to note that the voucher validity will be 45 days from the date of issue.
• If cash on delivery was used for your delivered order, the difference amount will be issued in gift voucher form only after the receipt fee, which must be redeemed from Toys Qatar. It is important to note that the voucher validity will be 45 days from the date of issue.
• Shipping fees paid in your original order and any loyalty points earned from your returned order will not be refunded.

Toysqatar.com does not undertake that the materials on the website are suitable or available for use in locations outside of Qatar, and access to toysqatar.com from areas where its contents are illegal or prohibited is not authorized. If you choose to access this site from locations outside of Qatar, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
